摘要
通过对研究区域大孤山铁矿尾矿库区植物采样测试分析,初步筛选出小白菊作为矿区的修复植物。采用盆栽试验,研究了小白菊在Cd污染土壤中对Cd的吸收、耐性和积累效应。结果表明:小白菊对Cd污染土壤有较强的耐性,地上、地下部的积累量分别随着土壤中Cd浓度的增加而增加,对Cd的富集规律为地上部】地下部。低浓度Cd对小白菊生长有促进作用,Cd浓度在10~50mg/kg时生物量逐渐降低,生长受到抑制;小白菊作为一种矿区本土植物,对Cd具有较好的耐性和富集作用,进一步证实小白菊作为矿区的Cd污染修复是具有潜力的。
Through the study on the sampling test analysis of plant in tailings yard of Dagushan iron mine,screan out White Chrysanthemum as the repair plant.Using pot experiment,study in cadmium pollution soil,the absorption patience and accumulation effect of White Chrysanthemum.Results showed that White Chrysanthemum has strong patience with cadmium pollution,the ground and underground accumulation in soil with the increase of cadmium concentration,on enrichment of cadmium to shoot more than underground.Low concentrations of cadmium on White Chrysanthemum have stimulative effect,biomass gradually decreased when the cadmium concentration was 10~50mg/kg,growth is restrained.Small White Chrysanthemum as a mining native plants has good patience and enrichment against cadmium,further confirmed that White Chrysanthemum as the cadmium pollution repair has potential.
