絮凝-电解法处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

摘要 文章通过自制的铁系絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)对垃圾渗滤液进行预处理,再用电解法进行深度处理,实验考察了絮凝剂投加量、电解时间、电压、pH等因素对垃圾渗滤液处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:絮凝法/电解法对垃圾渗滤液有良好的处理效果,在絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)投加量为3.7mL/L、电解时间40min、电压4.0V、pH值为3.0条件下,其COD、NH4+-N、色度的去除率分别可达到76.47%、54.95%、93.89%。其中COD、色度已达到国家二级排放标准。 The pretreatment of landfill leachate by using self-prepared and ferrite Polymerization of silicate iron in this paper,and then advanced treatment by electrolysis,the addition of flocculants,electrolysis time,electrolytic voltage and the pH were respectively examined as factors that influenced the treatment of landfill leachate.The results of experiments indicate that flocculation/electrolysis is an effective treatment method.Under the addition of flocculants is 3.7ml/L,electrolysis time is 40 minutes,electrolytic voltage is 4.0V,the pH is 3.0,and the removal of COD,NH4+-N and color of landfill leachate can reach 76.47%,54.95% and 93.89% respectively,The water quality in the contents of COD and chroma meet the second the nation discharge standard.
