摘要
文章以非洲爪蟾在农药毒理学研究中的应用为主线,简要概述了国内外利用非洲爪蟾开展的农药毒理学方法,系统介绍了各类农药(除草剂、杀虫剂和杀菌剂三类)对非洲爪蟾产生的包括神经发育、性腺发育和变态发育等方面的毒害作用,发现非洲爪蟾作为农药污染监测的模式生物备受青睐,但目前仅对小部分的农药进行了非洲爪蟾的毒理学研究,指出了在已有非洲爪蟾的毒理学研究方法基础上,需要大力发展一套简便经济但高通量的基于非洲爪蟾为模式生物的初步筛选方法,快速对大量农药进行初步的筛选,之后根据初步结果,有的方矢地进行一些目标农药的深入研究方案,以推动非洲爪蟾对农药的生态毒理研究进一步发展,为维护生态系统的健康发展提供可靠的科学方法和理论依据。
Advances on the application of Xenopus laevis in pesticide toxicology were reviewed in this paper.Toxic effects of various pesticides(including herbicides,pesticides and fungicides) to Xenopus laevis on neurodevelopment,gonadal development and metamorphosis were deeply introduced,together with their research methods.According to this review,it was found that only a small number of pesticides had been studied in toxicology using Xenopus laevis.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a novel method to preliminary determine the pesticide toxicity and then to quickly choose some pesticides for us to do a further toxicology research using Xenopus laevis.It will be an economical and simplified approach for us to study the toxicity for ten thousands pesticides.
