摘要
采用微波萃取和紫外分光光度法联用的手段,研究了土壤中多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法。包括微波提取多氯联苯的最佳操作条件,以及在此条件下紫外分光光度法检测提取土壤中的多氯联苯。结果表明,该方法不仅简便快捷,而且有较好的精密度和广泛的适用性。
A method has been developed for analysis of PCBs in soil by UV spectrophotometer with microwave extraction.The paper also improved the analytical conditions about microwave extraction,as well as the Ultraviolet spectrophotometer to detect the PCBs in soil in that condition.The result shows that,the UV spectrophotometer could finish fast-detecting,reliability and feasibility.
