鱼外周血红细胞微核技术监测滆湖水质研究

摘要 应用鱼类外周血红细胞微核技术对滆湖水质进行监测,测定五个点位水样的鱼类外周血红细胞微核千分率(MCN‰),并进行统计分析。结果表明,5个采样点中有4个采样点的微核千分率达到0.20‰左右,与实验室阴性对照的检测结果相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),表明滆湖4个点位的水质受到污染。 The text with fish peripheral system blood red cells microkernel techniques was used to study the water pollution of GeHu Changzhou.The MCN‰ were determined and the statistical analysis evaluated the difference in MCN‰ among different samples.The results showed MCN‰ of four sites among 5 sample sites were about 0.20‰,and it's very significant compared with the lab contrast one(P<0.01),The experimental result shows the four sites water area have been polluted.
