摘要
于2009年夏季对贵州兴西湖水库浮游动物及水质情况进行了调查,对浮游动物的现存量与理化因子进行相关性分析。结果显示:共检出浮游动物17种,隶属于14属8科。其中轮虫7种,隶属于5属4科,占41.18%;枝角类5种,隶属于4属3科,占29.41%;桡足类及其无节幼5种,隶属于5属1科,占29.41%。优势种类主要有长肢多肢轮虫(Polyarthra dolichoptera)、剪形臂尾轮虫(Bracopmis forficula)、长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris)、短尾秀体溞(Diaphanosoma brachyurum)和舌状叶镖水蚤(Phyllodiaptomustunguidus);浮游动物的现存量与叶绿素含量呈显著正相关,与其余理化因子均呈负相关。利用浮游动物种类组成、现存量、分布及多样性指数进行水质评价,表明该水库水质已受到重污染。
We reported on the zooplankton of Xingxi Reservoir and its water quality assessment of 2009 in summer,the correlation analysis between the amount of zooplankton and environment factors were carried out.The result showed that 7 species of rotifer(41.8%),5 species of cladocera(29.41%),5 Species of copepoda(29.41%) were collected.The dominant species were Polyarthra dolichoptera,Bracopmis forficula,Bosmina longirostris,Diaphanosoma brachyurum,Phyllodiaptomus tunguidus.The correlation between amount of zooplankton and chlorophyll-a displays obviously positive correlation,and the correlation of other environment factors displays negative correlation.The species composition,biomass,distribution and diversity index of zooplankton were used to evaluated the water quality,the water quality of this area could be delimited to heavy polluted.
