镁冶炼项目环境影响评价的清洁生产分析探讨

摘要 清洁生产分析是环境影响评价工作的重要内容,文章从生产工艺与装备、资源能源利用指标、产品指标、污染物产生控制指标、废物回收利用指标、环境管理六个方面对某生产规模为30000t/a的镁冶炼项目的清洁生产水平进行分析,得出其清洁生产水平等级。并提出进一步提高项目清洁生产水平的措施。 Cleaner production analysis is one important part of environmental impact assessment.The paper analyzes the cleaner production's level on a 30000t/a magnesium smelting project from six aspects: production process and equipments,resources and energy consumption indicators,product indicators,pollutants generation and controlling indicators,waste recycling indicators,environmental management,obtains the level of the project's cleaner production.And further measures are put forward in order to improve the level of the project's cleaner production.
