番禺区水资源安全评价

Assessment of Water Resources Security in Panyu District

水资源是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源,是经济社会可持续发展和维系生态平衡的重要基础。任何一个国家或地区发展过程中都要消耗大量的水资源,使得区域水资源安全问题越来越突出。文章介绍了水资源安全的基本概念,在对番禺区水资源现状调查的基础上,采用集对分析法与函数曲线法对番禺区水资源安全进行评价,两种评价结果均表明,番禺区水资源安全问题较为严重;对两种方法的评价效果也进行了分析比较。

Water resources are important bases for sustainable development of social economy and for maintaining ecological balance.The world wide water pollution makes water resources security to be a more and more serious problem.This paper introduced the concepts of water resources secutiry.And on the basis of collecting data about present situation of water resources in Panyu District,two mathematical methods the Set Pair Analysis and Function Curve were used to make an assessment of the water resources security of Panyu District.Results showed that there exist serious water resources security problems in Panyu District.In the paper two methods were compared and analysed.
