摘要
生物技术是21世纪的主导技术,其在环境工程中的应用日趋重要。生物修复是解决持久性污染物(POPs)最具潜力的手段。文章概述了近几年研究者通过生物技术构建POPs降解工程菌及固定化降解酶在持久性污染物生物修复的应用研究;总结了经生物技术改造的工程菌和固定化酶未能进入实际应用的障碍所在;针对持久性污染物生物修复,提出了一些进一步完善工程菌和固定化酶的见解。
Biotechnology is the dominant technique in the 21th century,and its application on environmental engineering was more and more important. Bioremediation is the most potential way on solving POPs. This paper briefly describes the reconstruction of engineering microorganism and POPs biodegratation enzyme on the latency application of POPs bioremediation by Biotechnology. The obstacle of application of engineered microorganisms and POPs biodegratation enzymes by biotechnology was summarized. Some advice was brought forward to improve engineered microorganisms and POPs biodegratation enzymes for the bioremediation of POPs.
