摘要
结合液氨的毒理特性及典型事故案例,分析了燃煤电厂锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统液氨的储存与使用可能潜在的事故环境风险;预测了设定事故发生情况下的影响后果;结合电厂环境管理特点及存在的问题,从液氨储存事故性泄漏氨气扩散及喷淋消防等高浓度含氨废水的排放与处置等方面,提出了必要的防范与应急措施建议。
It analyses that there exists potential environmental risk in storing and using of liquid ammonia used for denitration in thermal power plant,and it forcasts the consequences of the accident that happens under the envirenment which are set.Finalily,it puts forward the necessary precautions and emergency response measures and proposals.
