摘要
针对不同时期的江汉平原河网区河渠水文条件及功能状况,分别构建相应的水质数学模型及水环境容量模型,提出河网区河渠各时期以及全年水环境容量计算方法。以潜江市河网区河渠为例进行了实证研究,计算排灌期和闭闸期水环境容量,并根据区域发展目标进行水质预测,提出以闭闸期的河渠水环境容量作为制定总量控制指标的依据。
Mathematical model of water quality and water environment capacity model were created separately according to hydrologic condition and functional status of different periods of graffs of Jianghan Plain river network . And the water environment capacity calculation of every period of river network's graffs was proposed . This text took graffs of river network in the city of Qianjiang for example,calculated water environment capacity of irrigation-drainage period and watergates-shut period,predicted water quality based on regional development goals and suggested making water environment capacity of graffs in the watergates-shut period as the foundation of formulating quota of total control.
