稀土/壳聚糖包覆活性炭颗粒处理生活废水 被引量:1

Experimental Studies on Treating of Domestic Waste Water With Both Rare Earth and Chitosan Wrapping Acticarbon

摘要 利用壳聚糖包覆活性炭颗粒(Chitosan Wrapping Acticarbon,简称CWC)对生活废水进行处理,研究了CWC原料配方比、pH值、搅拌速度和搅拌时间、处理时间等因素对处理效果的影响。经过实验条件的优化,用CWC处理生活废水的最佳pH值为6,最佳CWC投加量为1g/L,最佳搅拌条件为先快速(900r/min)搅拌2min再慢速(100r/min)搅拌1min,而最佳处理时间为8h。在上述优化条件下,CWC对生活废水的浊度去除率为98.41%,COD去除率为74.12%,氨氮去除率为53.14%。加入稀土元素后CWC对生活废水的去浊率达到99%,COD和氨氮去除率可达90%,BOD去除率达95%。 The effectiveness of a treatment system for the flocculation of domestic waste water was investigated. It was discovered that a combination of coagulant,chitosan wrapping acticarbon(CWC) and a coagulant aid,La(NO3) 3,yields an effective treatment for wastewater since almost complete flocculation was achieved,95% of biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) ,90% of chemical oxygen demand(COD) and NH3-N was reduced. The turbidity of living wastewater was measured by turbidity instrument. Parameters such as the effect of CWC mixture proportion,the effect of pH,stir time and stir speed and the treatment time had been studied. The optimum condition for treatment were found to be pH=6.0,1g/L for CWC,5mg/L for La(NO3) 3,3 min for the time of round,2 min for fas(t900r/min) and 1 min for slow(100r/min) of the time of round and 8h for settling time respectively.
