摘要
对生态地产中基因技术的应用进行研究。概述了基因技术的原理,分析了基因技术的应用对于房地产的生态发展的推动作用和前景,思考了基因技术对于生态地产的影响。基因技术的应用对于房地产业的生态化发展是一种新的思路。
Application of gene technology in eco real estate is studied in this paper. Gene technology is introduced to improve the ecology of eco real estate and the impact and influence is discussed. Gene technology shall be a new concept and idea for eco real estate.
