Internet seems to be a necessary for most of the fields and industries in contemporary life.While every coin has two sides,computing crime is one of the 'dark parts' when Internet constantly brings us convenience.Nowadays the Internet information security issue has been put on the table,and collecting evidence of computing crime holds one the most important measures of public security authorization.This thesis will briefly analyze the relationship among computing crime and collecting evidence of computing crime,as well to look forwards the specifics and problems of collecting evidence of computing crime.
