摘要
随着移动通信技术的快速发展以及人们日益增长的业务需求,运营商不断扩容和升级自己的无线网络,并且力争以技术的突破点带动并满足业务的发展需求。EVDO无线网络环境下的多播组播技术的提出,使得空口中只占用一个公共信道资源,就可以服务于其网络覆盖下的所有用户,极大地节省了无线传输资源,为运营商上线诸如手机电视、手机报等面向大数量用户群体的业务提供了有利的技术条件。本文基于3GPP2 BCMCS技术规范,探讨BCMCS基本原理,并结合电信业务给出了BCMCS原型系统的技术概要。
With the development in the mobile technologies and the increasing demands from the end users,the service providers continue to grow and upgrade their wireless networks.In the cdma2000 1x EVDO network,the BCMCS technology only needs a common channel resource in air interface to provide the EVDO service.It can significantly reduce wireless transmission resource.It offers the feasibility for the service providers to provide general and unique applications to a large number of end users,such as mobile TV,mobile newspaper,data cast,etc.This document is based on the 3GPP2 BCMCS standard to discuss the BCMCS implementation principle and to illustrate the BCMCS prototype in conjunction with the telecommunication service requirements.
