摘要
提出一套原生和后生动物提取计划,通过对微生物显微图像进行Gamma均衡、滤波、聚类及最大无关检测,最终实现对微生物显微图像中原生和后生动物的自动提取.
This paper presents a protozoan parasite extraction scheme,including gray-level transformation,gamma equalization,median-mean filter,two-class edge enhancement,two-means clustering operation,morphological opening operation and largest connected component detection.Experiments show that the proposed approach can automatically extract protozoan parasite from the microscopic images.
