摘要 星状神经节阻滞(SGB)是近年来发展起来的临床治疗方法,治疗的疾病相当广泛,对17具成年人尸体进行解剖后,对星状神经节的大小、形态、位置及毗邻进行观测.结果显示星状神经节大多为星形、周围的多个骨性和重要结构可以确定其位置,第6颈椎横突前结节阻滞法较为安全和容易,为临床进行星状神经节的阻滞提供解剖学依据. Stellate ganglion block(SGB) is a recently developed method for clinical treatment,which is widely used in the treatment of a wide range of diseases.In this paper,17 adult corpses were dissected to observe the Stellate ganglion's size,shape,location and situation adjacent to it.The results showed that the position of most star-shaped stellate ganglions,and importance of multiple bone structure can be determined,and so the sixth anterior tubercle of cervical vertebra block method is not only safer and easier for application,but also causes fewer complications.Therefore,it can provide anatomical basis for the clinical conduct of the stellate ganglion block.
