摘要
随着中国经济的飞速发展,航行在中国水域的船舶数量与日俱增,船舶生活污水已成为污染中国海洋环境的重要污染源.回顾中国防止船舶生活污水污染的法定准则,分析船舶生活污水管理中存在的主要问题,提出相关建议.
As the development of China economy,the number of vessels navigating in China territorial water is increasing in an astonishing speed,which is importance pollutant source to pollute Chinese ocean.This paper reviews the legal framework of sewage pollution prevention in China,and analyzes the chief problem about the implementation of these standards as well as provides some recommendations for improvements
