Establish of oil pollution damage compensation fund regime in China

根据新颁布的《防治船舶污染海洋环境管理条例》,要求建立船舶油污损害基金制度.主要比较一些航运大国的油污损害基金制度的不同运行模式,分析基金制度运行的优劣,为建立中国油污损害基金制度,提出建议.

According to the new issued domestic law,Regulations on Administration of Prevention and Control of Pollution to the Marine Environment by Vessels,the oil pollution damage compensation fund must be established.The paper mainly focuses on the comparing the different modes of fund running in a few advanced shipping states,analysing the merits and flaws. With the purpose of establishment of Chinese oil pollution damage compensation fund regime,some suggestions will be listed after the analysis.
