介绍建立战略性绩效管理体系的目的、原则,并以某国有企业为例,阐述绩效管理体系的主要内容.旨在通过绩效管理体系的建立,促进员工与企业的和谐发展,提升国有企业竞争力.
The purposes and principles of establishing a strategic achievement & efficiency managing system were introduced, and taking a state-owned enterprise as example,main contents of the strategic achievement & efficiency managing system were described in order to promote the harmonious development between employees and enterprise,and improve competitiveness of the state-owned enterprise.
