摘要
介绍了天然多糖甲壳素及壳聚糖中杂质蛋白质对其二者在医用材料界应用的影响,并分别分析论述了国内外已有的去除甲壳素、壳聚糖中蛋白质的方法。去除甲壳素中蛋白质的方法有碱法、酶法、微生物发酵法;去除壳聚糖中蛋白质的方法有碱法、表面活性剂法、色谱法。最后讨论了甲壳素/壳聚糖中蛋白质的去除的研究中存在的问题。
This article describes the effect of protein in chitin and chitosan on their applications in biomedical materials.The progress in removal of protein from chitin/chitosan were highlighted.Methods that have been developed for removing protein from chitin include:alkaline,enzymatic and microbial fermentation;Methods for removing protein from chitosan include:alkaline,surfactant and chromatography.Finally,the challenge and problems for removal protein from chitin/chitosan are discussed.
