摘要
金属改性SAPO-34可以有效提高MTO反应中乙烯和丙烯的选择性,而这种选择性的提高主要得益于金属改性后的SAPO-34具有适宜的酸强度、酸中心及孔径大小。从金属种类、金属用量和金属添加方式3个方面综述了金属改性SAPO-34分子筛研究概况,同时针对实际情况对金属改性SAPO-34分子筛研究提出一些建议。
The SAPO-34 molecular sieves after incorporating metals into the framework have been found exhibiting high selectivity to form ethylene and propylene in the MTO reaction.The higher selectivity can be attributed to the modifications of the acidic strength,the acid distribution and the pore or channel size of SAPO-34 molecular sieves with the incorporation of metals.In this paper,the general situation of metal-modified SAPO-34 molecular sieves is reviewed from three aspects such as metal type,metal dosage and mixing order.Some advices are suggested for the development of metal-modified SAPO-34 molecular sieves.
