环己酮三聚物催化脱氢制备2,6-二苯基苯酚

Preparation of 2,6-diphenylphenol by catalysis dehydrogenation of tricyclic ketones

摘要 以环己酮三聚物为原料,在Pd/Al2O3催化剂作用下脱氢制得2,6-二苯基苯酚,并通过元素分析、FTIR和MS对其结构进行了表征。重点考察了反应温度、空速和催化剂Pd含量等因素对反应的影响。试验结果表明:反应温度为310℃,液时空速为0.43 h-1,催化剂Pd含量为5.0%时,2,6-二苯基苯酚收率可达65%。 2,6-diphenylphenol is synthesized from tricyclic ketones by dehydrogenation with Pd/Al2O3 as catalyst.It is identified by elemental analysis,FTIR and MS.The effects of reaction temperature,space velocity and Pd loading on the yield of the product are investigated.The results show that the yield of 2,6-diphenylphenol could reach 65% when the reaction temperature is 310℃,space velocity is 0.43 h-1 and Pd loading of catalyst is 5.0%.
