由间苯二甲酸和三羟甲基丙烷的溶液聚合制备超支化聚酯 被引量:1

Preparation of hyperbranched polyester by solution polycondensation with isophthalic acid and trimethylolpropane

摘要 以间苯二甲酸和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,通过A2+B3体系的溶液聚合工艺制备了具有芳香-脂肪结构的端羟基超支化聚酯。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱和热分析系统对超支化聚酯进行了结构表征和性能分析。研究结果表明,不同加料顺序制备的超支化聚酯在特性黏度、支化度、分子质量及其分布和热性能等方面存在比较明显的差别。 Hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyesters(HBPEs) with aromatic-aliphatic structure are prepared by solution polycondensation with isophthalic acid(A2) and trimethylolpropane(B3) via the A2+B3 approach.The molar ratio of A2∶B3 is 1∶1,and the monomer concentration is 0.8 M in the solution polymerization.HBPEs are thoroughly characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR),Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and the system of thermal analyzer.The results show that HBPEs prepared from the different order of monomer addition have visible difference in inherent viscosity,degree of branching,molecular weight,polydispersity index,and thermal properties.
