摘要
采用活性炭对硝唑尼特进行脱色研究,确定490 nm为有色物质的最佳测定波长,得到吸光度与溶液中色素浓度的函数关系,建立了吸附等温线。通过实验确定了硝唑尼特脱色的最佳工艺条件:脱色温度为20℃,吸附时间2 h,搅拌速度120r/m in,活性炭用量5%(质量分数),脱色率达到90%,收率为97%,该工艺具有一定的应用前景。
The decolorization of nitazoxanide by activated carbon is studied.Based on experiments,490nm is the most suitable wavelength for measuring the pigment.The equation is obtained to compute pigment concent ration by absorbance,and adsorption isotherm is established.The optimal conditions are as follows:20℃ of temperature,2 hours of time,120 r/min of stirring rate,5% of amount of activated carbon.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the decolorization rate could be 90%,the yield is 97%.The process has a excellent prospect.
