无溶剂法制环氧苯乙烷的工艺研究

摘要 无溶剂条件下,以苯乙烯为原料、双氧水为氧化剂、自制的负载型磷钨杂多酸季铵盐为催化剂制备环氧苯乙烷。通过单因素实验和正交实验探讨了反应时间、反应温度、物料比、催化剂用量、助剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响,得到了较佳的环氧苯乙烷合成条件:反应时间为6.5 h,反应温度为55℃,n(苯乙烯)∶n(过氧化氢)=1.5∶1.0,催化剂16 g,助剂2.5 g,苯乙烯100 mL(91 g)。苯乙烯转化率可达78%,环氧苯乙烷选择性可达89%。 Epoxyethylbenzene is synthesized by styrene and using H2O2 as antioxidant,quaternary ammonium heteropolyphosphatotungstate as catalyst on no-solvent condition.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,ratio of styrene and H2O2,catalyst dosage and ac dosage on the reaction are investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.Under the optimal reaction conditions:reaction time 6.5 h,reaction tempreature 55℃,n(C8H8)∶n(H2O2)=1.5∶1.0,16 g of quaternary ammonium heteropolyphosphatotungstate,2.5 g of ac and 100 mL of styrene,conversion of styrene is 78%,selectivity of epoxyethylbenzene is 89%.
