壳聚糖共混改性/聚丙烯腈复合纳滤膜的研究

摘要 以壳聚糖醋酸溶液为铸膜液,并加入小分子添加剂,涂敷在聚丙烯腈超滤膜上,以戊二醛为交联剂,制备了壳聚糖共混物/聚丙烯腈复合纳滤膜。探讨了交联剂浓度、交联时间、交联温度、铸膜液浓度和多种小分子添加剂等因素的影响,采用单因素实验确定了最佳制膜条件为:以质量分数3.0%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液为铸膜液,50℃下干燥2 h,在戊二醛与无水乙醇质量比为0.75∶5 000的体系中交联,在40℃水浴中交联2 h,50℃下热处理10 m in。在多种添加剂中,1,2-丙二醇可显著提高膜的水通量。 Composite nanofiltration(NF) membrane is prepared by coating solution of chitosan acetum and small molecule additives on a PAN ultrafiltration(UF) membrane,subsequently crosslinking with glutaraldehyde(GA).The effects of membrane preparation conditions such as GA concentration,crosslinking time and temperature,various small molecule additives,etc on membrane properties are studied.The optimal condition is obtained by single-factor experiment as follows:3.0wt% chitosan acetum,cured at 50℃ for 2 hours,crosslinking at 40℃ for 2 hours with GA/ethanol=0.75∶50(w/w),heated for 10 min at 50℃ finally.The retention rate is increased distinctly by adding 1,2-propylene glycol.
