摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为膜材料,采用两步凝胶浴的浸没沉淀法制备网络状结构微孔膜,考察了混合溶剂、混合添加剂、铸膜液溶解温度等对成膜结构和牛血清蛋白吸附性能的影响。结果表明,随着混合溶剂中硫酸三乙酯(TEP)含量的增加,成膜孔隙率增加,孔径增大,且膜孔全部成海绵状孔,对蛋白质的吸附量也随之增大;混合添加剂所成膜均成海绵状孔,且孔径大小较为均匀,相比无水乙醇作添加剂,PVP-无水乙醇所成膜对蛋白质吸附量增加;随着铸膜液温度的增加,成膜表面孔径、孔隙率都增大,在较高铸膜液温度下成膜对蛋白质的吸附能力较强。铸膜液组分为PVDF/TEP/无水乙醇=15∶82∶3,在115℃下所制备的膜对牛血清蛋白的吸附量为123.7μg/cm2。
Net-shaped microporous membranes are prepared by immersion-precipitation process with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) dissolved in solvent.The effects of mixed solvent,mixed additive and the dissolve temperature of casting solution on the membrane structure and the adsorption capacity for bovine serum albumin(BSA) are investigated.The experimental results indicate that with the TEP content increasing,the porosity,pore size of membranes and their absorption ability for BSA increase.The pores of the membrane produced with mixed additive in are spongy type and the pore size distributes uniformly.Compared to the protein absorption ability of the membrane formed by absolute ethanol as the additive,the PVP-absolute ethyl alcohol is stronger.With the dissolve temperature of casting solution increasing,the porosity,pore size and the absorption ability for BSA enhance.As PVDF membrane is prepared by PVDF(15%)∶TEP(82%)∶alcohol(3%) at 115℃,the absorption capacity for BAS is 123.7 μg/cm2.
