Au/ZnS复合颗粒的制备及其光催化性能

摘要 利用ZnSO4、Na2S、HAuC l4为原料制备了Au/ZnS复合纳米材料,以曙红B为研究对象考察了Au/ZnS复合纳米材料的光催化活性。结果表明,Au/ZnS复合纳米材料比单纯ZnS纳米粒子具有更优异的光催化性质,当Au/ZnS摩尔比为0.050时,光催化性能最佳,这与Au/ZnS复合纳米材料中电子-空穴对快速分离以及提高了光能的利用率有关。 Au/ZnS heterostructural powders are made from ZnSO4,Na2S,aurichlorohydric acid.The photocatalytic activity of the heterostructural photocatalysts is studied by observing the photodegradation behavior of eosin B in aqueous solution.The results show that the heterostructural photocatalysts exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than that of pure ZnS.This improvement may be attributed to the fact of efficient electron-hole separation at the hetero-junction.In addtion,the heterostructural photocatalysts can absorb more visible light energy,so that the Au/ZnS system serves as a better candidate relative to the pure ZnS for photocatalysts.
