新法合成2-溴-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑

New synthesis method of 2-Br-6-methoxybenzothiazole

以2-氨基-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑为起始原料,经过重氮化反应和桑德迈尔反应合成了2-溴-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑,产物经水蒸气蒸馏直接蒸出,不需提纯,总收率为25.4%。

2-Br-6-methoxybenzothiazole in overall yields of 25.4% are synthesized from 2-amino-6-methoxybenzothiazole by new method of diazotization and sandmeyer reaction.The products are distilled by vapor.The structures are confirmed by 1H-NMR,IR.
