摘要
利用FFB-200型固定流化床实验装置及催化热接触剂对辽河减渣流化热转化预处理反应规律进行了实验研究,考察了反应温度、剂油比对产物分布的影响及杂质脱除效果。实验结果表明,该过程在脱除大部分残炭、沥青质和金属的同时能够得到较高的液体产率。
In order to provide scientific basis for(inferior or poor) heavy oil processing,the reaction rule of fluid thermal conversion for LiaoHe vacuum residue pre-treatment were studied in a FFB-200 confined fluidized bed reactor using Cata-Thermo-Contactor(CTC).The factors of reaction temperature and weight ratio of CTC to oil on the products distribution and the effect of contaminants removing were investigated.The results show that the process can remove most of the carbon residue,asphaltene and metals and gives a high yield of liquid products at the same time.
