化工结晶是低能耗、低污染的传热传质过程。溶液结晶的影响因素很多,主要包括溶液的过饱和度、场的温度、密度、机械搅拌、黏度、结晶罐结构、体系空间和杂质等,通过透彻分析有针对性地提出了工程实践中应注意的问题。
Chemical crystallization is a process of heat and mass transfer with low power consumption and low pollution.The mainly influences on the solution crystallization include supersaturation,temperature of the field,density,mechanical rabbling,viscosity,crystallizer structure,three dimensional system space and impurities etc..The questions that should taken attention to in engineering practice are raised through the thorough analysis.
