芳烃装置分离系统模拟分析软件设计与模型建立

Simulation software design and model construction for separation system of arene

建立了芳烃装置分离系统的数学模型,开发成功面向对象的芳烃装置分离系统模拟软件APSS,并应用于现场装置的模拟计算分析。计算结果表明,该软件具有信息查询、物性计算、设备核算、流程模拟等多种功能,可用于指导实际的生产操作和设备改造,优化生产操作参数,提高企业的计算机管理水平。

The model of separation system of arene was constructed,and the simulation software,namly APSS,was designed and applied to simulate and analyse the arene plant separation system.The calculation results show that the simulation software has many functions such as information inquiry,calculation of the physical properties,cost accounting of equipment,flow simulation and so on.The software can be used to guide operation regulation and direct actual production of separation system,or be applied for improvement of equipment or analysis of energy saving.
