大型常压塔的工艺模拟计算与设计优化 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用ASPEN PLUS软件对大连石化公司10 Mt/a常减压装置中常压塔的2种操作工况进行了工艺模拟计算,并采用高效塔盘和塔内构件对该塔进行优化设计,给出合适的工艺操作参数;同时针对常压塔设计中的常见问题,从工艺计算与设备选型设计上给出了解决方案;装置标定结果表明,实际操作中的塔操作条件、总物料平衡、产品质量等指标与工艺设计吻合较好,为大型常压塔的设计选型提供了参考依据。 The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Dalian petrochemical company was 10 Mt/a.In this paper,Aspenplus soft was used to simulate the two operating cases for the atmospheric tower of the distillation unit and the high-performance tray and internals were used to optimize the tower design,base on which the appropriate operating parameters were obtained.The technological calculation and facility design gave a problem-solving proposal against common design problems of the atmospheric tower.The rating data indicate that the actual operation parameters、total mass balance and products quality were accordance with the results of technological design,which supplied a reference basis for the design of large-scale atmospheric tower.
