体育教育训练学专业研究生是我国高层次体育师资的重要后备人才群体.因此,该专业研究生的培养模式和培养质量尤为重要.文章分析了目前体育教育训练学专业研究生培养过程中存在的问题,进而对未来研究生的培养提出以导师组的培养模式,以求更好促进该专业研究生培养质量的提高,更加适应新教学改革制度,更加适应社会的发展,为新一批人才的培养做好充分准备.

Physical Education and Training Graduate is high-level physical education teachers of the important back-up personnel groups in our country.Therefore,the training model and postgraduate training quality is particularly important.This paper analyzes the Physical Education and Training Professional Graduate of some problems in master student training,and then the author propose to tutor group training model on the future of postgraduate training,in order to improve the quality of postgraduate training,adapt to the new education reform,responsive to social development,purpose to training of personnel for the new batch of fully prepared.
