在中学体育教学中,如果在适当的时候,穿插进行一些体育游戏,这无论从运动生理学、运动心理学和教育学角度来看,都有着十分良好、积极的作用.本文通过研究体育游戏在中学体育教学中的现状及作用进行分析,探讨体育游戏的特点及在中学体育教学中运用的意义,以期为中学体育教师合理运用体育游戏提供理论依据.

At appropriate time,if some sports games are interspersed into secondary school physical education, in terms of exercise physiology,sport psychology and education,sports games can play good and positive role in it.In this essay,the author analyzes the current situation and function of the sports games in secondary school physical education,in order to explore the characteristics of sports games and the meaning as well.Thus,it can provide theoretical basis for secondary school physical education teachers to rationally use sports games.
