摘要
测定了烤烟、香料烟、白肋烟和马里兰烟等不同类型烟叶中非挥发性有机酸的含量,用统计方法比较了几类烟叶之间草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和总酸量之间的差异.草酸:马里兰烟含量最高,白肋烟与香料烟居中,烤烟最低.苹果酸:烤烟与白肋烟、白肋烟与马里兰烟、香料烟与马里兰烟的含量之间存在显著性差异;但烤烟与香料烟、烤烟与马里兰烟、白肋烟与香料烟之间的苹果酸含量无显著性差异.柠檬酸:马里兰烟含量最高,白肋烟次之,香料烟和烤烟最低,且烤烟与香料烟的柠檬酸没有显著性差异.总酸量:同样是马里兰烟含量最高,白肋烟次之,香料烟和烤烟最低,且烤烟与香料烟的总酸量没有显著性差异.
The nonvolatile organic acids in some different kinds of tobacco leaves such as flue-cured,orient,burley,and Maryland tobacco were determined.The differences of oxalic,malic,citric acid and total acid amount among the tobaccos were also compared by statistical method.For oxalic acid,Maryland tobacco is the highest,burley and orient are the middle,flue-cured tobacco is the lowest.For malic acid,there are significance differences between flue-cured and burley tobaccos,burley and Maryland tobaccos,orient and Maryland tobaccos.but there are not significance levels between flue-cured and orient tobaccos,flue-cured and Maryland tobaccos,burley and orient tobaccos.For citric acid,Maryland tobacco is the highest,burley is the middle,orient and flue-cured tobaccos are the lowest,and there is not significance difference between flue-cured and orient tobaccos.For the total acid amount is the same of citric acid.
