4种再造烟叶原料的致香成分分析比较

Comparison of aroma components in four raw materials of reconstituted tobacco

为了研究四种再造烟叶原料(白肋烟片、土耳其香料烟片、津巴布韦烤烟片和云南烤烟片)的致香成分差异,采用同时蒸馏萃取结合GC/MS方法对四种原料进行致香成分的分离、定量,检测和分析了不同类型致香成分的差异,结果显示:土耳其香料烟片的致香成分总量明显较高,白肋烟片和津巴布韦烤烟片的酮类和醛类含量较高,土耳其香料烟片和云南烤烟片的酯类和酸类含量较高.

In order to study the different aroma components in different raw materials of reconstituted tobacco,including Burley tobacco,Turkish oriental tobacco,Zimbabwe flue-cured tobacco,and Yunnan flue-cured tobacco,the simultaneous distillation-extraction equipments with GC/MS were used for separation and quantitative of raw materials,and detection of five aroma components.The results showed that the total quantity of aroma components of Turkish oriental tobacco was higher obviously,the content of aldehydes and ketones was higher in Burley tobacco and Zimbabwe flue-cured tobacco,and the content of esters and acids was higher in Turkish oriental tobacco and Yunnan flue-cured tobacco.
