摘要
研究用80%乙醇为溶剂,测定烟叶乙醇提取物紫外-可见光谱,化学分析烟叶烟碱含量,利用紫外-可见光谱和烟叶烟碱化学测定值,建立烟叶烟碱含量预测模型.结果表明:模型预测准确率为97.79%.模型外部验证后,通过t检验,T=0.9098,在显著性水平α=0.05下,t0.05,29=2.05,T<t0.05,29,预测值和测定值间在统计学意义上无显著性差异,说明本方法不但操作简便,检测成本低,且具有较高的精密度,能快速、准确预测烟叶烟碱含量,为叶组研发带来便利.
In this paper,ethanol extraction of cut tobacco,its UV-VIS spectrum and nicotine content of tobacco leaf were acquired in order to establish UV-VIS spectroscopy model.This model deals with the prediction of nicotine in tobacco leaf.By outer validated and t-test,T = 0.909 8,t0.05,29 = 2.05,T < t0.05,29.The results indicated that forecasted value and measured value has no significant difference.This method of prediction has advantages of precision,easy navigating and low cost,and can be applied to rapid determination of nicotine content in tobacco leaf and very helpful in cigarette blending formulation.
