美引烤烟新品种与云南主栽烤烟品种K326的常规化学成分比较 被引量:1

摘要 为研究美引新品种(NC102,NC297)烤烟常规化学成分特点,选择K326为对照,以3个(B2F,C3F,X2F)等级烤烟为研究对象,对2007~2008年云南33个种植示范点的烤烟样品的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、氯、钾和蛋白质进行测定,并对测定结果进行了对比分析和聚类分析.结果表明:①NC102的B2F,C3F,X2F与K326相似的种植示范点分别为72.73%,90.91%,81.82%;②NC297的B2F,C3F,X2F与K326相似的种植示范点分别为95.45%,72.73%,95.45%. To research the routine chemical components of the tobacco varieties introduced from the USA(NC102,NC297),selected K326 as control samples,the research objects were three grades(B2F,C3F and X2F) of NC102,NC297and K326,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,chlorine,potassium and protein were detected in samples which were collected from 33 flue-cured tobacco demonstrative planting points in Yunnan in 2007 ~ 2008.The chemical components which detected in these samples were compared,and these chemical components were also analyzed by using cluster analysis.The results showed that:(1) B2F,C3F and X2F of NC102 were similar to the same grades of K326,the demonstrative plant points were 72.73%,90.91% and 81.82% .(2) B2F,C3F and X2F of NC297were similar to the same grades of K326,the demonstrative plant points were 95.45%,72.73% and 95.45% .
