云南烤烟主产区烟叶及其烟气主要化学成分的差异分析

Analysis on the differences of principal chemical components and smoke components of flue-cured tobacco in main tobacco-growing areas of Yunnan

以4个云南烤烟主产区571份烟叶样品为供试材料,对样品及其烟气的28个主要化学成分数据以产地进行拟合分析,对应于样品分布拟合的不同结论,应用正态或非正态方差分析方法,在0.05显著性水平下,得到表征样本在产地间存在显著差异的指标.结果表明:各产地除总粒相物、焦油量、乙醇提取物是正态分布外,其余化学成分的数据均为不同的分布状态;不同产地间有显著差异的指标和数量不尽相同.

571 Flue-cured tobacco leaves samples were collected from four tobacco-growing areas of Yunnan.Three chemical components in tobacco leaves and five chemical components in the gas of these samples were analyzed by using distribution fitting.According to the different conclusions by distribution fitting,used normal distribution method or non-normal distribution method to find the indexs which expressed the significant differences of tobacco leaves among different tobacco-growing areas l at 5% .The results indicated that:Total particulate matter,tar oil and ethanol extract were normal distributions,the other indexes had different distributions.The principal chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different tobacco-growing areas had significant differences.
