丝束表面油剂含量对滤嘴成型及卷烟品质的影响研究

Effects of lubricant content of tow for cigarette on filter rod making and cigarette quality

进行了丝束表面油剂含量对滤嘴成型及卷烟品质的影响研究,结果发现,随着丝束表面油剂含量的增加,丝束的卷曲能升高,滤嘴吸阻的稳定性提高,特性曲线向右上方偏移;随着丝束油剂含量的增加,卷烟烟气水分、焦油和CO量略有降低,烟气烟碱变化不明显;评吸发现,在一定的吸阻范围内,丝束油剂含量适当增加,对香气浓度和烟气的细腻程度有轻微改善作用.

Effects of lubricant content of tow for cigarette on filter rod making and cigarette quality were studied.Results indicated that with the increase of lubricant content of tow,uncrimping energy of tow increased;stability of the filter rod increased;characteristic curves of tow upper right migrated.Along with the increase of lubricant content of tow,content of moisture,tar and CO in cigarette smoke decreased slightly while nicotine did not change significantly.In certain pressure drop range,with the increase of lubricant content,the aroma quality could be slightly improved.
