造纸法烟草薄片对卷烟一氧化碳释放量影响研究 被引量:25

Effects on CO diffuse amount of cigarette blended with paper-process reconstituted tobacco in different proportions

摘要 为研究造纸法烟草薄片对卷烟烟气一氧化碳(CO)释放量的影响,将不同比例的造纸法烟草薄片掺配于卷烟叶组中,分析发现卷烟CO释放量的变化与薄片掺配比例无明显规律性,但进一步研究却表明卷烟烟气的CO/焦油比与造纸法烟草薄片掺配比例有很好的相关性,文章分析了此现象的原因.对中国国内及国外生产的产品测试和研究还表明:造纸法烟草薄片的烟气CO释放量较高,基本与烟丝相当,这主要与其片基中纤维素类物质含量较高有关.文章最后还指出:①卷烟烟气CO/焦油比值参数,对指导科学应用造纸法烟草薄片进行卷烟产品的设计有重要意义;②为控制卷烟CO释放量,建议选用低CO/焦油比值的造纸法烟草薄片;③在满足吸味的前提下,低CO/焦油比值的薄片产品应作为我国造纸法烟草薄片开发的一个努力方向. In order to learn its effects on CO diffuse amount of the cigarette mainstream smoke,the paperprocess reconstituted tobacco(RT) were blended in cigarette in different proportions,then CO diffuse amount of all these samples were detected.The results showed that the CO/Tar ratios were well-regulated with the blending proportions of RT in cigarettes instead of the CO diffuse amount.The paper clarified this phenomenon,and pointed out CO diffuse amount of common RT produced by China and oversea were all high(almost equally as the one of cut tobacco),for their high contents of cellulose and lignose.Moreover,some pieces of advice were given in article which included:① CO/Tar ratio was a important designing parameter for the new cigarette product which blended with RT;② RT with character of low CO/Tar ratio was advised to be applying in cigarette for reducing CO diffuse amount of smoke,(3) RT with the low CO/Tar ratio and high taste quality was supposed to be developed in future in China.
