烟叶分模块加工中工艺优化与代谢组学验证 被引量:1

Study on the optimization and evaluation of tobacco processing technique by metabonomics

摘要 以4类烟中某产品为研究对象,分别对使用的3个烟叶加工模块进行工艺参数调整和优化,并通过化学分析手段,对非挥发性有机酸、多酚进行对比,筛选出非挥发性有机酸和多酚增加、评吸结果也较好的样品,并对样品做烟气的代谢组学分析验证,结果一致. In this paper,the processing technique parameters were optimized using metabonomics by processing three second grade tobacco leaf modules.The content of organic acids,polyphenols in tobacco leaf was compared.The samples with good senses,and abundance in organic acids,polyphenols were selected.To ensure an objective result,these samples were also evaluated by metabonomics.The results are satisfactory.
