几个重要制丝工序对烤烟烟丝填充值和碎丝率的影响 被引量:9

Effects of several primary process operations on the cut rag scrap rate and filling capacity of the flue-cured tobacco

摘要 通过正交试验研究烤烟松散润叶、润叶加料、切叶丝及烘丝等制丝工序相关参数变化对烟丝填充值和碎丝率的影响.结果表明:松散润叶、润叶加料、切叶丝及烘丝等制丝工序相关参数变化对烟丝填充值没有显著影响;切丝宽度及润叶加料出口温度对碎丝率有高度显著影响(α=0.01);上部叶松散润叶出口温度对碎丝率有显著影响(α=0.05);切丝宽度越窄,温度越高,碎丝率也越高. To study the effects of certain primary process operations,such as conditioning,loosening,casing,cutting,drying etc.,on the cut rag scrap rate and filling capacity of the flue-cured tobacco,the orthogonal test was contrived.The results indicate that the researched parameters of primary process haven’t effect on the filing capacity of flue-cured tobacco.However,the cutter width,the exit temperature of conditioning and casing have most significant impacts on the cut rag scrap rate(α = 0.01);The exit temperature of upper leaves’conditioning and loosening has notable impact on the cut rag scrap rate(α = 0.05) .The narrower the cutting width and the higher the temperature are,the higher the cut rag scrap rate will be.
