摘要 通过测试太阳能电池在不同面积、光强下的I-V曲线,分析开路电压、短路电流与太阳能电池填充因子的变化关系,寻找影响太阳能电池转换效率的因素.实验中通过比较理想填充因子和测得的填充因子,发现等效串并联电阻对太阳能电池的填充因子影响很大.如果减小串联电阻和提高并联电阻,可以在本实验条件下提高现有能量转换效率33%. In this experiments,the I-V curves of the photovoltaic cells with the different areas and light intensities had been measured.The short circuit current(Jsc),open circuit voltage(Voc) and the fill factor(FF) had been also obtained to exam the factors which are critical for the energy efficiency.The experiments showed us the equivalent series resistance and shunt resistance plays a key role for the energy transfer efficiency.As decreasing the series resistance and increasing the shunt resistance,the energy efficiency can be enhanced more than 33% at least.
