CCD摄像板响应特性及其校正研究

The research of response characteristic and response characteristic calibration of CCD image plate

简要分析了CCD摄像板响应特性,并推导出CCD摄像板非线性响应特性函数.利用自制的CCD摄像板响应特性测量系统和自编的图像数据处理程序,获得多个在不同光照强度下的CCD像元输出信号值,进而绘制出CCD摄像板实际响应特性曲线.对响应特性曲线的近似线性区进行曲线拟合,获得响应特性校正曲线及像素校正值.从而实现了用软件法测量CCD摄像板的响应特性和校正CCD摄像板的输出值.

The paper analyzes the response characteristic of CCD image plate and deduces the nonlinear response characteristic function of CCD image plate.Using the homemade response characteristic measurement system of CCD image plate and processing program of image file,the author obtains a series of the output signal value of CCD image unit at different luminosity.Then the author protracts the factual response characteristic curve of CCD image unit.At last,the author gets the calibrated value and the calibrated characteristic curve of CCD image unit,adopting curve fitting of approximatively linear region.Consequently the author realizes the response characteristic measurement and the calibrated output value using the homemade software.
