城市化进程中农村宅基地综合利用的思路研究

我国城市化已进入加速发展阶段,土地利用矛盾越来越凸现,土地问题已成为我国城市化过程中的严重的制约因素,同时对我国经济发展也产生了不可忽视影响。在这种背景下,探寻我国城市化进程中土地合理及集约化利用的路径,采取相应的措施,以加速我国的城市化水平,进而加快我国的经济发展具有重大意义。基于此,本文提出农村宅基地综合利用的思路,通过盘活农村宅基地,来解决城市化进程中的合理及集约化利用土地资源的问题。

With the Urbanization in China has entered a stage of acceleration development,land use conflicts have more and more apparent.The land issue has become a serious process of urbanization constraints,while it can not be ignored that China's economic development had effects.In this context,it will have great significance to explore the process of urbanization and intensive reasonable path of land utilization,to take appropriate measures,and to accelerate China's urbanization level,thus speeding up China's economic development.Based on this,we propose the idea of utilization of rural residential land,through revitalize rural homestead to solve a reasonable and intensive use of land resources in the urbanization process.
