基于战略联盟的煤电供应链管理研究

Research on strategic alliance management of power-coal supply chain

本文在深入分析我国资源能源禀赋与消费结构的基础上,指出了我国电煤矛盾产生的前提。解决电煤矛盾是保障我国能源安全的重要环节,也是提高我国能源利用效率的必然要求。本文从供应链管理的角度,得出了建立煤电联盟的必要性,指出了现有煤电供应链管理的问题。并在此基础上,从多个角度提出了完善基于煤电战略联盟的煤电供应链管理思路。

The paper pointed out the premise of the contradiction of power-coal which based on the analysis of the endowment of resource and the structure of consumption of energy in our country in-depth.Because the resolve of the conflicts is important for protecting the energy security and improving the efficiency of using energy in China,the paper suggested that it is necessary to establish the union of power and coal and found the existing issues of the management of the power-coal supply chain on the perspective of supply chain management.At last,the paper proposed how to improve the power-coal strategic alliance based on the idea of the supply chain management from various angles.
