我国矿产资源开发生态补偿机制研究

Research on ecological compensation of mineral resources development in China

矿产资源是经济社会可持续发展战略实施的资源保证,但长期以来受市场利益的驱动,加上制度保障不力和人们认识不足,矿产资源的开发造成我国生态破坏和环境污染,成为制约我国经济社会发展的重要要素。本文论述了我国矿产资源开发带来的生态问题,对国外和我国矿产资源开发生态补偿措施进行了评价,并提出了我国矿产资源进行生态补偿机制的建议。

Mineral resources is a resources guarantee for the implementing economic society sustainable development strategy,but driven by market interests for a long time,with the addition of inefficient system guaranty and people lack of understanding,the exploitation of mineral resources given rise to ecological disruption and environmental contamination in our country,those become an important factor of restricting China's social and economic development.This article discussed China's ecological issue which caused by exploitation of mineral resources,evaluated exploitation and ecological compensation measures of mineral resources in oversea countries and China,and then offered an proposal that China should implement ecological compensation measures of mineral resources.
